Address Beach Resort
Bursting its way to the top of our revised list for 2022 the long-awaited Address Beach Resort in JBR has opened to spectacular applause with a see-it-to-believe-it rooftop infinity pool. Sitting at a towering 964.2 feet/ 294m above the beach it has quickly earned the Guinness World Record title as the highest infinity pool in the world (it’s Dubai, of course!)
Offering some of the city’s most spectacular views, the sky-high infinity pool on Level 77 offers sunken lounges and snakes around the roof of the building. Offering over 300ft/94m of swimming space you can get in your laps too before enjoying the spectacular views towards Blue Waters Island – soon to be home to the world’s largest observation wheel, Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach.
The adults-only pool offers wet beds and shaded cabanas for residents only, along with dining from adjacent Asian-fusion restaurant Zeta Seventy Seven.

The Penthouse at Five Palm Jumeirah
Located near the start of Palm Jumeirah, Five Palm is the go-to party hotel in the city. Many people who have partied there claim that The Penthouse has one of the best swimming pools in Dubai. It is located on the hotel’s 16th floor and features two swimming pools with dazzling glass walls. Lovers of the water and sights can sit and gaze in awe at the expanse of Jumeira and Dubai Marina.

The Terrace, Burj Al Arab
If you are looking to experience poolside luxury while reclining in one of the best pools in Dubai, you need to visit The Terrace in the Burj Al Arab. The Terrace has multiple pools, with an infinity pool that merges into the ocean and another pool connected by a bridge. This pool has a bar that you can swim right up to and a barman that makes the best cocktails.

Address Dubai Marina
If you are looking for a large urban rooftop pool in Dubai, The Address Dubai Marina houses one of the largest you will find. Measuring in at about 45 meters in length and width, the 4th-floor rooftop pool is simply breathtaking.
Swimmers and rooftop relaxers are treated to stunning and expansive views of the city, thanks to this Dubai pool with a view. The Address also has a pool dedicated to kids. Sofitel Dubai Downtown
Sofitel Dubai Downtown has a large and luxurious infinity pool. Sofitel gives their poolside guests amazing views of the city, especially of the magnificent Burj Khalifa.
The attention to luxury is evident and the terrace is stunningly decorated and set up to make poolside guests feel at home. Simulating an island experience, there are palm trees surrounding the pool; making this infinity pool in Dubai seem like an oasis in the sky.
Beside the pool, the rooftop hosts an excellent bar called The Mosaic Pool Lounge offering a menu packed with all the favourites, ideal for a coffee or refreshing drink during the day or a cocktail to start the night, while enjoying the bustling view of Downtown Dubai.

Address Sky View
The spectacular new Address Sky View hotel opened in 2020, boasting one of the best-unreviled views of the Burj Khalifa from its rooftop pool on the 54th-floor Sky Deck.
A sky bridge connects two highrise towers, housing the highest infinity pool in Dubai. Due to it’s exclusive location, the pool itself is not huge and space is limited, however there are two other pools within the hotel for guests to enjoy. Cabanas on the roof top can be hired for 1000 AED (500 AED redeemable on F&B) fitting up to four guests.

Park Regis Kris Kin
Although the Park Regis Kris Kin is located north of downtown, in one of Dubai’s older areas, it is still known to have one of the best hotel pool Dubai has to offer. The Park Regis Kris Kin is a gem of a five-star hotel and its rooftop offers spectacular views of downtown Dubai’s skyline.
When the weather is clear, you can see all the way the rooftop to the Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Marina. Only guests of the hotel have access to this rooftop pool in Dubai.

InterContinental Dubai Festival City
The rooftop of the fantastic Intercontinental Dubai Festival City hotel is home to one of the most unique pools in Dubai. The temperature of the pool is kept perfectly regulated, giving it a refreshing temperature at all times. The pool also has a glass tank section that extends off the side of the building.
Once you go in there, you may feel like you are swimming in the sky and are in danger of falling to the streets below. This feeling can be super-exciting or extremely terrifying. If you are not inside the pool, you can still get amazing views from the rooftop, especially of the boats that go past the hotel below.
This hotel is in a great location close to DXB airport if you only have a short stopover in Dubai.

Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach
The rooftop pool at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach is arguably the coolest infinity pool Dubai has to offer. The poolside features super comfy bean bags and pool chairs are shaded by palm trees. Not only do guests get excellent poolside service, but they also get the breathtaking views that come from being so high up in the city. All you need to do is look and see the beautiful Arabian Gulf.
As with many other rooftop pools, access is only given to guests of the hotel. However, the Infiniti Pool Lounge is open to the public and serves delicious finger foods and cocktails, along with shisha.

Dukes The Palm, A Royal Hideaway Hotel
One of the most iconic views of Dubai’s JBR skyline can be found at Duke’s the Palm. Bab Al Shams, Al Qudra
Situated approximately 50km outside of the city, Bab Al Shams offers one of Dubai’s truly unique experiences with a stunning infinity pool overlooking the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve. With Arabic styling throughout, this is truly one of our favourite unique pools to experience in Dubai.
The resort offers day passes and a Friday brunch in addition to overnight stays (so mid-week is much quieter if you want to avoid the crowds). Your stay can be combined with many outdoor adventure activities including jeep and camel rides for a fun afternoon out in the desert before retreating to shimmering sunset views.

Aura Sky Pool, Palm Tower
The world’s first and highest 360 degree infinity pool opened at the Palm Tower in November 2021.
Suspended 200m in the air the Aura Sky Pool offers incredible views of the iconic Dubai skyline, Palm Jumeirah and the glistening horizon of the Arabian Gulf.
